This thread will be for the advancements China is making for its aircraft in the pilot targeting area.

Development in the areas of Heads-up Displays (HUD), Hemet Mounted Sights (HMS), Helmet Mounted Displays (HMD), Integrated Helmet & Display Sight Systems (IHADSS), Display & Sight Helmets (DASH), Helmet-Mounted Cueing Systems (HMCS), and such.

Good, this looks to be a modern HMD at last, where the display is projected directly onto the visor rather than through monocles.

Note the single large projector in the middle of the helmet projecting out. F-35 has two smaller ones for each eye.
