the first picture should be the hangers that J-10 jets should be put in not the ones outdoor, were they are exposed constantly to the weather, and could be damaged in storms cause from airbourne debris. i know the indoor hangers are room and material consuming to produce, and are more troublesome. but still you want to protect your million dollar aircrafts...

will, it is a flanker stationed in the gobi desert. During training a sand storm hit the base. They did not have time to react, so they used wire to secure the AC and covered it with cloth. Several maintaince personal used their body to cover up the air intake and received praise for the rapid reaction from the HQ. So, I think it is an UBK.

Hmmm, I think I know what's strange to me ... IMO it's a Su-30MKK as it looks like the twin-whee-nose gear ... and the number indicates a test-unit from the FTTC ?!!?

You could be right, maybe it is a Su-30MKK from FTTC participate at a military exercise at Gobi desert. I think they pull different units from all over the place to train there.

记者:苏-27的维护和保障能力直接决定着其出动力和战斗力,在特定情况下也就决定着一个民族的前途。今天请来三位从事战斗机维护的专家,一起谈谈苏一27维修保障的问题。请先介绍一下苏一27维护的各个方面。

  荆继洪:从地勤人员一线维护的角度看,苏-27的日常维护大致可分为飞行前检查、再次出动准备和飞行后检查等数个阶段。其中再次出动;隹备的内容可以简化为“充、填、加、挂”四个字。“充”就是充氧气、普通氮气和高纯氮气等气体。,氧气一方面是供飞行员呼吸用,另一方面,当发动机在空中停车、再次启动时,由于高空空气稀薄,需要给发动机补氧才能启动。普通氨气主要供飞机液压系统中的蓄压器、机轮充气等用。高纯氨气主要供P一27导弹挂架用。P- 27导弹发射时,先由气瓶里的高纯氮气做功,把导弹弹射出去,然后发动机再点火飞向目标。

  记:为什么P-27导弹要用高纯氮气弹射?

  荆继洪:因为P一27属于中距弹,个头较大,它的挂架位置有6个,发动机进气道下方左右各一个,机身轴线前后各一个,机翼内侧左右各一个。如果直接点火,火焰和浓烟将威胁飞机安全。近距空空导弹不用弹射,因为它挂在机翼外侧挂架上,火焰和浓烟较小,不会危及飞行安全,另外在近距格斗中,态势瞬息万变,弹射方式反应太慢。

  记:请接着谈“填、加、挂”等内容。

  纪敦:“加”主要是加燃油、液压油、润滑油等油料。燃油自不必说,每次飞机下来后都要加注。若飞行时间较长,一般来说都要适当补充点润滑油。虽然有的飞机可以进行空中加油,甚至机组人员也可以备份,但润滑油在空中却是无法补充的,因此飞机每次降落以后,都必须重点检查和补充润滑油。

  记:以前苏一27有一种润滑油用量极少,但只有俄罗斯能生产,现在情况如何?

  李想:苏-27的润滑油,经过攻关可以解决。实际上不光是润滑油,包括燃油在内的诸多油品都存在此类问题。比如不同国家甚至不同地区产的燃油中,含硫量不会相同。若含硫量超过一定限度,就可能与发动机以及燃油系统中的铜制零部件发生化学反应.生成铜的硫化物,堆积到一定程度时,就会阻塞管路等。所以,燃油品质的问题会直接影响苏一27的出动力。

  记:“填、挂”方面主要是弹药,这方面应该没什么复杂的。

  荆继洪:不能小看这方面,这对出动率的影响比加油、充气更大。作战飞机的出动强度、快速出击能力主要依赖地勤保障中的挂弹车性能。在伊拉克战争中,美军的挂弹车担负的任务相当繁重,约占保障工作总量的80%,需要60%的地勤人员参加。即便如此,有时因人为因素或挂弹车性能因素,常常发生一些意想不到的事故,致使飞机无法按时再次出动作战。

  纪敦:实弹的快速装填训练平时很少进行,因为实弹都有一定的寿命或装填、通电、挂飞次数限制。能否实现快速装弹,除了技术和保障装备外,还有编制体制因素。比如,有了先进的自动挂弹车,挂弹效率很高,但你放在仓库里不用,装弹时还习惯于几个人手抬肩扛,那有什么意义?这话别人不一定能理解,但却是现实。这个车配发给谁?由谁来维护保养?由谁来操作使用?问题看着简单,实际很难处理。车辆配发了,相关的维护管理费用落实、专职司机培训、相关编制体制调整等等一大堆问题又出现了,不通过打仗的方式,在平时是很难解决的。

  记:那么,俄罗斯和美国在战斗机快速装弹技术方面谁更先进?

  荆继洪:美国空军的挂弹车在性能和技术上远远超过了俄罗斯空军,它们的多用性强、机械性能好、自动化程度高。美军现装备的挂弹车有MJ一1B、 MHV一83、MJ一9、MJ一14和MJ一16等。目前,俄罗斯挂弹车的机械化程度仅为22%,主要装备有TP一500、SPG—1500、BL一 56、LG一400A、DA—SS、BL一47和新研制的UPT一1500型挂弹车,这些挂弹车的自动化程度都比较低。

  李想:美军的这些挂弹车既可以装挂弹药,又可以装挂副油箱和各种吊舱及外挂架。此外,还可牵引飞机和弹药车,并能直接将各种弹药从地面托起,送往悬挂位置,然后准确定位和完成悬挂。这些车都采用交/直流两用电机,在野外机场和停机坪均可使用,而且无污染和噪音。目前,美国空军为进一步提高挂弹速度,正在研制一种由数台挂弹车组成的自动挂弹站,它可同时为一架飞机加挂各种弹药。据悉,它完成一架作战飞机挂弹时间仅为3.5分钟。

  记:除了挂弹车外,苏-27的维护保障设备还有哪些?它们能否简化?

  纪敦:直接用于苏-27的地面维护保障设备,主要有充氧(氦)车、电源车、油泵车、空调车、牵引车、加(抽)油车、挂弹车、各类检测车等等。在飞行准备时,飞机周围往往会被这些保障车辆围得水泄不通,平时显得很乱,而战时则可能严重影响维护保障的效率。俄罗斯制造的这些地面维护保障设备略显笨重,采用的还是70年代的技术。大多技术落后、功能单一、故障率高、体积和重量大,不便于空运。

can anybody tell me that how good j11b is in comparision with j10 and can China export this jet to other countries without russian consent.

China will not be selling J11b to any country in the near future. J10 is more suitable for export in the near future and the FC-1 is made for the export market.

J10 is more meneuverable and light but J11b got the range, payloads and electronics. They will play slightly different role in war time. It is difficult to do a VS comparisson when most of us can only give hardware details and not real combat experience in the real aircraft.
