Seems SAC buidl less J-11B, BS, BH, BSH and it is logic coz build also J-15 and J-16.

No i have 190 J-11B or B, BS, BH, BSH etc... 120 for AF in 5 Rgts and 72 for Navy in 3 Rgts after others for tests etc... a total of about 200+

I precise in contrary to Western AF Chinese don' t have or almost OCU her trainers are in Combat Rgts and have seems very few spares usually in Western AF about 5/10 % of the Fleet sometimes more, but they have enough big Rgts 19/28 fighter bombers.

That seems reasonable. So that's probably under 400 WS-10s installed on flying J-11B airframes (considering the first batch of J-11Bs used Al-31s), not including additional likely WS-10s produced to supplement installed WS-10s while they are at maintenance, and not including WS-10s installed on production J-16s, and new flankers such as J-11Ds and J-16Ds.

Based off that I'd say there are probably around 450 WS-10s installed on flying airframes, and an indeterminant number of additional WS-10s produced to supplement the WS-10s on flying airframes to support availability.

Reading yesterday possible up to 50 and first Rgt equiped since almost 2 years !
For Air Force presumably Navy get the JH-7B as it had received JH-7.

Sorry, ... but could You explain what You mean ??

"up to 50 and first Rgt equiped since almost 2 years" ... makes no sense to me; Sorry

Regarding the PLANAF getting JH-7B first since they also got the JH-7 first makes sense, but IMO the B-program is IMO an MLU-program only.

According to the poster the serial number starts with 78 (not sure about the validity). Rumor has it that they filming took place at Dingxing. Looks like they are testing these beauties against other planes in the PLAAF inventory already!

I think he's saying that production began two years ago with the first regiment equipped at that time, and up to 50 have now been built.

Also, I wonder why would the first J-16 unit be at Dingxin (or is it even the first J-16 unit?).

From what I understand, new aircraft are first tested at Yanliang/CFTE, and then the first unit of new aircraft are operated from FTTC Cangzhou to develop tactics and techniques for new aircraft... and once that is finished, a true new "operational unit" of the new aircraft is actually raised and then considered "operational"? (side note, what happens to the unit of aircraft at FTTC after the first "operational unit" is established, do they remain with FTTC or are they given to an operational unit, or what?)

Also, if the first J-16 unit as at Dingxin, which is also home to the Flight Test and Training Base (for advanced combat and weapons training) and also where the Red Sword/Blue Sword exercises are held (similar to Red and Green Flag held at Nellis AFB in the US), what does that suggest for the role of J-16 there as part of the 175th Brigade?

Or putting this another way, what aircraft are actually permanently based at Dingxin, and how many of them, if any, serve as a permanent OPFOR role, if any? Because I remembered that the Chinese Air Force did seem to have an equivalent of the 57th Adversary Tactics Group, but I can't remember where they were stationed, if it was at FTTB Dingxin or FTTC Cangzhou.
