YES ... now after You edited Your original post, that's indeed not a missile but a KXD-P73 AMCI (Air combat maneuvering instrumentation) pod adapted for the J-11-series ... the J-10 uses a similar one called KXD-PL8.

As the "Kommersant", Russia and the People's Republic of China (PRC) signed the largest contract for the purchase of aircraft 24 multipurpose fighters Su-35. Seriously, every few months there has been a new report of China buying Su-35s. If every single one of those instances were true, then China would have hundreds of Su-35s in service by now.

Discussions for Su-35s probably did exist and they may still be ongoing, but when such a deal is actually inked is another matter, and it probably isn't very useful for us to try and guess which report may or may not be true.

Maybe you are right, but i think this time is true, in previous reports the news were never they signed the deal and quoted a high ranking Russian official, but who knows but i think this time goes for true, time will tell
