China Fired an EMP Missile at American Aircraft Carrier in 2010?

According to the following video, Colleen Thomas explains at 3:33 that China fired an EMP missile at an American "warship full of fighter planes" in the Pacific Ocean in 2010, which caused a mass evacuation aboard the ship as all electronics were disabled. If this is true, then it is very big news, though something the community does not hear about. So, what do you guys think of this story? Thank you.

I call BS on this. If an CVN or LHD/LHA were evacuated more than one sailor who was on board during said encounter would have taken this story to the legitimate media by now. and if the ship was disabled it would have to have been towed back to port and repaired.. I assure this did not happen.
