China and Russia have resolved all the border disputes. It is disgusting that the "Strategy Page" continues to spread lies.

If no one minds I will change the topic of this thread. Too embarrassing.

Please do. Also I feel we won't be getting too many posts on this thread directly related to the topic. Challenge, if there's news on a new development or something which is relatively insignificant, just post it in an existing releavnt thread?

image (upper picture) of the FOG missile appear in top81.com in 2003 (2002?)I remember thearticle claim velocity of the missile travel at, quote 150m/sec,same as japanese tyep-95 FOG.
the third picture.the launched tube till upward, indicate some sort of fire and forget missile, but the CLU appear to be much heavier than spike or javelin CLU.
russia, turkey and south korea are also developing javelin type missile.during the battle of 73 easing, M-1 using the thermal sight was able to detect the incoming iraqi sagger atgm ,fired from BMP-1 AFV. US tank crews using there 120mm HE rds. were able to destroyed the iraqi AFV before the missile can even reach the half way point.lesson is clear, trying to use older gen. wire guided ATGM against high tech battle tank
    head-on amount to suicide.

actually i am refering to Spike CLU. I recall watching the news,US army in aghanistan using javelin CLU (without the missile) for nightime surveillance.

Probably a matter of circumtances. Aircraft development is the most difficult to hide simply because you have to fly it around during flight testing. Developments such as above are easily hidden behind the walls of a building.
