George Kulacki is member of concern scientist for nuclear disarmament and for years under estimate chinese nuclear stockpile for the their agenda of disarmament
HE AND HIS COHORT IS NOT RELIABLE

There is nothing in his article that solidly refute the existence of DF 41 other than his own personal view
and bias

What french website is he talking about? Most likely is Henri K blog and Henri always quote Chinese sources
He is reasonably reliable though he make error too sometime when it come to speculation

My impression, or is this the old DF-31 TEL ? If so, why dont they show the new all-terrain TEL? it has already been spotted in NE china.
