Hello all
I am new to the site, and my specialism is international relations and strategic studies. I see there are lots of threads on military issues and hardware in particular, but thought it could be interesting to have one on the political/diplomatic/theoretical side of the coin as well, as this is where all strategic defence is based. If anyone has a background in IR theory or the diplomatic history of the region (Chinese foreign policy, etc.), or the US, of course, it could be interesting to approach things from that direction - such as a comparative analysis of unipolar/bipolar/multipolar systems, where we are headed now, predictive theoretical models, game theory, etc!
Regards
