Can't log in when using internet explorer 7

I have trouble using the forum with internet explorer 7, but I can log on using Firefox. For IE, my screen name appears on active users list, but I can't post anything and I prefer using IE. Can you fix this? Thanks!

What error messages do you get? Screen shot of the error would help.

Thanks

I also use IE 7.0, everything is fine. Your computer's setting must have some problem. I would suggest you to update your computer using Windows Update.

I still have trouble logging in at times. What happens is I type in my name and password, click enter, and I end up at the sign-in page. My name appears in the active users box, but it's like a body without a soul - doesn't do anything. I clicked that name, and I was asked to sign in with password, so I typed my user name with a captalized 'R' instead of lowercase, along with my password. I also clicked the link that says "if the browser doesn't redirect you, click here" message before it automatically directs me, and it worked, so now I can write replies. I don't know why this happens, because I've never had this problem at first. Now I understand this process, hopefully it'll work every time.

I still have trouble logging in. It seems like I have to close the IE and restart the browser before logging in again. There seems to be something wrong with opening multiple tabs of sinodefenceforum. I'm able to logging now, so at least I know what's going on.

It was working fine for a few days ago, but the problem is starting up again. It seems I still have to open up a new IE before being logged in and posting. This problem might be linked to the imposed bans, as I didn't have problem shortly before the most recent ban.

Check cookie settings in your browser? Privacy settings as well... IE comes with anti-phising and some other nonsense that prevents certain website operations!

I didn't need to check anything and it's working fine now. You probably did something right to correct it. Thanks!

The problem persists and it seems like to happen after someone gets banned. It's also probably because of Wikipedia, where the ability to edit seems to affect logging in. It works when I used the techniques described above, so it's okay now. It's a bit of a hassle, but I'm able to post.
