I cannot access to it now in my office, but it was the first one posted. IIRC, the title had the words, something like "... shot despite begging...". That was why it was painful to watch. And the culprit looks to have a darker complexion.

Ah, I think it is the video I post above. It is the scene of assassination. The boss of the murderers who escape police's arrest later on posted an audio and a video on Facebook seeking the intervention from the Prime Minister.

Why would the murderers' boss want their arrest? Or was the murder not ordered by him?

When the bodyguards (four bodyguards) were escorting their boss (Mr. TSR), police stop them (there was almost a gun fight) and take them to police station. At that time police detain the three bodyguards (police later arrest another bodyguard) of TSR and let TSR went home by saying that they had no reason to arrest TSR. Police said that from the video of the murder scene, the murderer look very similar to one of the bodyguards. Police later on claim that they checked the victim's car, and the car was equipped self-recording camera and saw the face of a bodyguard following the victim's car very clearly that they can sure the bodyguards of TSR are the murderers. After questioning the bodyguards, they admit that their boss (TSR) sent them to kill the victim and promise to give them a house in return. Police quickly surround the houses (TSR has many houses in Phnom Penh) but could not find him. His parents, wives, brother and sister-in-law were detained on that day but later on being released except his parents were charged with illegally owning weapons. Rumors said that TSR has fled to Vietnam but police believe he's still in Cambodia. TSR later on post an audio and a video claiming that he and his bodyguards are innocent. The worst thing is that I recently bought a condo unit built by TSR's company. If the company collapses, my money might also vaporizes into thin air.

I doubt the company will collapse without him at the helm. There should be others to make the decisions and the condo project is already in progress.

His company has many projects still running. Up to now, the company claims that it is running normally. However, so far as I know, the company now is running under TSR's second wife, a 23 old lady. I don't trust this lady and his company any more. In the Facebook video, TSR also claims that all money in banks are under his name. If he can't come back, the company might collapse and investors might go into financial trouble. I am really worry but there's nothing I can do (the same as other investors), only wait, wait and wait.

New video from TSR today. Of course speaking Khmer.

I would say there is very little probability of a collapse of your condo project happening. Its being is not connected. The company still wants and can make money from the project.

Sony is planning to have The Interview screened from December 25, as originally planned. Can we be sure that the whole episode is not an elaborate publicity stunt?

The apology shows Thailand's disposition toward Cambodia.

PHNOM PENH - Visiting Thai Defense Minister Prawit Wongsuwan appologized on Wednesday over recent shooting dead a Cambodian by Thai soldiers, saying that it is an unintentional fault.

Prawit Wongsuwan made oral apology at a news conference in front of Cambodia's Defense Minister Tea Banh and other senior officials after the 10th Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC).

A 55-year-old woman was shot dead on Dec 9 by Thai soldiers, while she, along with two daughters and other two people living in O-Smach district, Oddor Meanchey, trespassed into the Thai territory to collect wild mushrooms and cassava.

Prawit said so far the two sides have already solved out the shooting on Cambodian people, and Thai soldiers had no desire to open fire at Cambodian people.

"For this issue, Thai side also made apology and compensated some damages. We are unintentional," he told the conference.
