Huh? That is like asking, was 9/11 an inside job
I was refering to the video posted earlier and also some claims on social media circulating that the bombers were buddhist militants pretending to be women and wearing burkhas.

personally I don't believe it however the video claimed otherwise.

Is there any truth to Buddhists disguising themselves as Islamic militants in conducting this cowardly act?
If so that would change the narrative going forward.

Here is the intelligence memo that was being circulated among the VIP security units on the 11th of April -

It was, however, never circulated to the general public because the defense secretary thought 'it was not a big deal'.

India gave us ample warning about the terror attacks. The group in question was known. The members were known. More than 2-years ago a government minister said over 30+ Sri Lankans had gone to Syria for training and indoctrination. Minister in question was a Buddhist. Do you know what happened to him? He was vilified, mocked, called an Islamaphobe and more. Even local civil Muslim organizations reported the rise of radical element especially ISIS sympathizers. In several parts of the country, there have been clashes between your everyday Sri Lankan Muslims and radical elements. The radical elements were very small but also very vicious.

But guess what? The political leadership didn't give a s##t. Especially after January 2015, the country was ruled by 2 competing political parties with their own agenda. The president is from one party and the prime minister from another. There was a loose coalition for a while but the divisions were still there. They were more interested in partisanship and rhetoric than the safety of the people of the country.

And here we are.....

At the brink again...

The lack of leadership and political responsibility is very apparent in Sri Lanka. While partisanship is common and happens in ALL countries, half way decent leaders ought to put these partisanship agendas aside when something so specific and huge potential risk to national security is brought forth.

An action of pure evil by the corrupted from among my civilization. It's gonna take a generation to filter these people out.

It is quite sad. I live in a predominantly Muslim area just outside the capital and many Muslims are depressed and some are outright devastated. Some muslims are still afraid to walk out of their houses. It is not their fault. I don't blame any of them. I actually hate the generalizing of an entire group of people due to the actions of a few PoS. However, I do put 100% of the blame of on our so-called government. The warning signs were all over the place but they didn't give a s***.

I hope they catch all of them and crucify them, literally. My sincere condolences to all in SriLanka.
