"The Trumpet" is the publication arm of Armstrong's church which was founded when your father was just a gleam in your grandad's eye. Their style is to take the news of the day( which is why you hear China mentioned) and try to make it fit the prophecies of the church's founder. When I was "knee high to an Aboe's jockstrap" it was the troubles in the middle east which were adapted to fit the founders prophecies. I use to listen to the program on Sundays Christian radio for laughs and giggles.
Yeah it's called propaganda.

An Indonesian Lion Air plane carrying 188 passengers and crew crashed into the sea Monday, officials said, moments after it had asked to be allowed to return to Jakarta.

The jet vanished from radar just 13 minutes after taking off from the Indonesian capital, plunging into the ocean.

Search and Rescue Agency spokesman Yusuf Latif said authorities were still searching for the remains of the plane, which lost contact with air traffic control around 6.30 am (2330 GMT), en route to Pangkal Pinang on the island of Bangka.

"The plane crashed into water about 30 to 40 metres deep," he told AFP.

Saw this news on SCMP, my first reaction is: is this news true? it's likely because many other sources also report it.
Britain to sell China ‘unlimited’ amount of military radar equipment, technology
A British defence company has been given the green light to supply an unlimited quantity of goods to China’s military, including airborne radar technology likely to be used by the PLA Air Force.

Although the supplier has not been named, the “open individual export licence” (OIEL) has been in place since April – two months after British Prime Minister Theresa May visited Beijing – according to information from Britain’s Department for International Trade.

Unlike previous deals involving British arms sales to China, which were capped by amount and value, under the new agreement the supplier can “export an unlimited quantity of goods”, including equipment, components, software and technology for military radar systems, the department said.

Its strategic export control database described the equipment covered by the licence as “target acquisition, weapon control and countermeasure systems” for “aircraft, helicopters and drones”.

Trade war dude.
But in all seriousness, you will need 10+ AG600 to battle something this big. And can't just dump sea water, there isn't much fresh water around either.
"IF" you have 10+ AG600 size amphibious aircraft to battle the fire, I bet you can go a little bit farther to get the water, it should be no problem.

History will repeat patterns eventually. This is why it's so worthy of study and attention. The good news is the good guys have armed themselves against such barbarism and the overall level of education and intelligence has improved since then. We have the words and venues to articulate for reason and empathy.
