This is why I cringe when I hear someone say if women were in control of the world, there would be no war.

Years ago I was coming out of a supermarket into the parking lot, got into and started my car. I looked back and around to see if there was anyone behind me before I backed out of my parking spot and I saw this young blonde woman coming and I waited for her to walk pass by my car. I could see from my rear-view mirror that she stopped behind my car blocking my way and was looking at me. Then her male companion soon followed behind and he stopped and I could see she was saying something glancing towards me as she was talking to him. She was probably lying telling him that I almost hit her with my car. So I turned the ignition off and got out my car to see what was the problem. Her male companion was looking up at me as I approached and then he left back on his way. The blonde, upset, grudgingly followed him from behind. That was something that if it happened a hundred years ago where a woman could point to a black man and say something as simple as her foot was stepped on by him, people would die and buildings would burn.

I once worked at a software company and there was a department that I never worked for so I had nothing to do with it. So one day the head of that department who was a woman called over the head of my department and she wanted to conspire and blame me for all the problems in her department. I only knew about it because I knew the head of my department before I worked there and of course he didn't go along but he told me about it.

Yeah and in this #MeToo era, you're committing a crime if anyone dares question such charges.

We're in the age of Trial by Social Media, and the #MeToo movement is the most prominent representative of that.

Liberal Democracy is failing, and we're seeing the collapse in slow motion.

Ironically, 15 years ago, academics were certain the internet would spell the end of authoritarian regimes like China. Today, it looks more like it is spelling the end of western democracies.

Instead of propagating knowledge, the internet is spreading ignorance.

Social Media is the new name of "Da Zi Bao"/大字报.
Mob movement like #MeToo is the new name of "culture revolution".
Together, they makes anarchy.

Internet may propagate knowledge by 10 folds, BUT it multiply rubbish for 1000 folds by every twitterer's click or FBer's share.

This is a disturbing video in Uganda with a violent missionary getting angry over something trivial. This is not to say that all Christians behaves like this but the mentality are evidence in many religious institutions narrative view about the world. And they say that communist is bad?o_O

God damn; I didn't know Ugandans were so peaceful! No need to practice Buddhism; just chill out like an Ugandan cus acting like that would be one of the few ways you could get yourself beaten to death in a temple full of monks! Even the Pope would probably swing back at him the second time LOL Most places in the world, the first 3 guys would have killed him and then a line would form that wraps around the block of people coming to kick his corpse. When the body disposal team checks back 3 days later, the line would still be there and going strong :D

This kind of behaviour is not as uncommon as one would like to think. Alcohol often plays a part in certain situations (obviously not an excusing factor). Certainly this idiot thinks he can speak for his personal version of Jesus. The Uganda man has the heart and patience of a saint. Good on him.

I doubt it was alcohol. This idiot was a Christian missionary, meaning that he doesn't drink alcohol or smoke for pure pleasure (a very common practice by many serious nicer Christians followers). He was just being his racist self using "Jesus" as an excuse to "teach those savages" to respect the white man.

Here's another example of this sort of behaviour meeting the surprising restraint of someone who has the physical power to stop it but chooses not to out of who knows what, maybe fear of prosecution.

I'd wager that every asian person living in the "new worlds" have been a victim of this sort of behaviour at least once, as long as he/she have lived there for many decades. The defenders of this behaviour are then quick to say a range of falsities and then add that X group of ethnicity are the most racist group. If one looks at race crime news on facebook, it's usually 80% saying how awful this is etc etc and there's always a few who will try to explain, deflect, and defend the behaviour. Every single time these people post these responses, they are white males and almost every single like is from another white male. Curious observations. Some sub-groups are feeling very insecure it seems. You can confirm this if you check out their facebook profiles. Usually they seem like the type with nothing much to lose and speak their mind with less restraint, but underneath most people, this is what they really feel and have been conditioned to think for their entire lives. Maybe it's a consequence of WW2 in Pacific, Korea, and Vietnam, now the rise of PRC (and generally speaking the rise of Asia), fueling this bitterness, anger, jealousy, and anxiety at not having absolute and unchallenged control of the world. It's animalistic and Chinese culture has put emphasis on harmony over conquest (of course there's also violence in Asia) but Europeans have evolved to think in terms of conquest for much of their ancient and modern history.
