    Just saw one of the black T-38's the Raptor's and Lightening II's use as aggressor's/trainers fly down Panama City Beach!

    Indeed it does, but the Mig-28's were the old Northrup single seat F-5's, same basic airframe, the F-5 was an "export fighter" for our friends on a budget.. the F-5 was the first fighter to employ LERX, and as such was quite agile.
