It's not PS I recall seeing this photo a couple of years ago on navy.mil. By the way do not hot link your pics..

Later today I'll see if I can find it. But you have to give me more information so I may find the proper caption and hi-res link for that photo..

Thanks bd. I don't have more information other than what presented in the pic. In case you didn't notice, that 051 is 161 Changsha, belongs to South Sea Fleet, just retired last year.

I do not think it is a PS job.

It may have been taken when the USS John Stennis Carrier Group visited Hong Kong in 2007.
