China doesn't operate any Zubr, but four Type 958 hovercrafts from the ukrainian project 958 "Bizon".

    Depends on the Navy.
The Blue striped shirt comes from the Russian Navy called telnyashka, a sleeveless wool knit shirt who in turn got it from the French marinière a long sleeve version sourced from sailors from Britany the Stripes are said to have made a sailor easier to see if he had fallen overboard. I have also heard that if a sailor were to drown the colored shirts would be a giveaway to the sailors port of origin.
    Why white? Blame the British.
They designed the Traditional Naval rig Aka the sailor suit the uniform is entirely practical every part having a function from the Dixie cup that serves as a means of finding a overboard crewman to the trousers that become a floatation device. There set though is naval blue for most wear.
White is said to be for visibility by some. Some claim as a sight of peace.... I call bull and settle on the last answer. White is cotton cotton is light weight weight also helps reflect away heat. Perfect features for a sailor in the tropics where light weight white cotton would be more comfortable than blue dyed heavy wool.

I'm sorry, I have been confused about the two different designation too, and I couldn't find an answer. I think it has to do with PLA watchers getting confuse about the idea behind the nomenclature of model types.

My theory is that some PLA watchers looked at the type 730, observed that it is a 7-barrel, 30mm Gatling gun, and assumed it is named this way. And thus when the 1130 comes out, some people counted the barrel numbers, found it to be 10 barrels, and the same 30mm caliber, and assumed it is named "type 1030". However, some literature later shows a model designation of "H/PJ-1130", contradicting the earlier assumptions. The funny thing is that I even saw some Chinese military nerds debating on Chinese military sites about whether the weapon is a 10-barrel or an 11-barrel Gatling. Some people seems to be convinced that it is indeed an 11 barrel system.

I didn't bother to take the time and effort to really find the evidences to support a "final verdict" on the barrel number.
