There have been over 747 arrested landings aboard Gerald R Ford. All in 2018....

"June 2018....Since the carrier’s July 2017 commissioning, the AAG system aboard [the carrier Gerald R. Ford] has successfully arrested the F/A-18 Super Hornet 747 times,” Rolf Ziesing, an official with General Atomics’ electromagnetic systems division. “We are now in the next phase of AAG capability and performance testing targeting heavier, prop-based C-2A, E-2C and E-2D aircraft."

T-45C Goshawk are scheduled to conduct carrier quals with GRF.

thought it was obvious (sorry if it wasn't) Today at 9:35 PM I referred to the tempo

"The US Navy’s newest aircraft recovery system Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) has performed 22 aircraft arrestments in around 26 minutes."

EDIT now a question came to mind when it was an aircraft was flown off of the Ford last time?

We just have to keep waiting to see more fixed wing action on GRF...

What intrigues me is this opens up the possibility of joint training on the F-36B at sea with JMSDF pilots and crew (never forget your ground crew!) aboard the QECs!
