This thread is dedicated to abandoned military facilities around the world, that where constructed during (or before) World War II and the Cold War. Many of these facilities lay in a state of disrepair.

Wars and tensions don’t last forever, but these structures stubbornly attempt to. Pick your favorite facilities and post. Enjoy.
