Looking at it that can be a good thing.
It's clearly a close in anti aircraft, Anti drone possibly anti artillery system. A HE shell and fast rate of fire are nessisarily for such.
Where in the naval role it's more anti surface warfare.

76mm revolving gun, twice the firing speed compared to the original, higher accuracy, can effectively intercept 2.5 Mach target, 100 rounds stored in turret. Radar & electro-optical search and track system

Must be the world's biggest revolver cannon

A converted Type-59 with a new turret. It's not unmanned though. I'm not sure what functions this serves, given the weak frontal protection, especially around the windows. I suppose this might perform stand-off fire support of some kind in an urban environment, but that weak frontal protection though...

Likely an infantry support & anti-tank platform not too different from the BMPT Terminator in its role.

It might. Hard to say because there have been some odd one offs that never went into production.
The largest in service is the 35mm Millennium gun.

With the variety of land platforms coming out from China, it is possible they are using these designs as a proof of concept and test the market. If they gather interest on the idea of the platform, they will improve and listen to customer requirements.

I don't even think it's a new turret, it's just a ZBD-03 turret with two missile pods. Seems like a small side project by (NORINCO?) put together with mostly off the shelf parts. I don't think it will do well, because the weapons imply that it is geared towards urban warfare, but the armour is too pitiful to take that role IMO. Still, it's fine to just experiment on concepts.
