Honestly I haven't read it so far and given my "to-do-list" laying right beside me I think I will only take a deeper look at it during the Christmas-holydays.

The new 2016 Annual report to congress US- China Economic and Security review has been published. It is heavy reading . The new section and interesting one is about China new expeditionary capability. Gone are the day of 1 million men swimming across Taiwan straits meme.
A new respect for China expeditionary capability.Another intersting section is about CPEC and OBOR

Seems like they are still relying heavily on anecdotal/second-hand information for the report. Wish they'd interview guys like Deino for the info.
