They are still using TOWs? Isn't that an old piece of kit that the US military stopped using sometime ago?

By the way, I think the name of the area where the exercise is held "Pingtung" (rather than Pington). Here's what the city in that county looks like on Google maps:

Must mean Duty Combat Utility not Desert Combat uniform. Lets See here pixilated Camo pattern is a Woodland color tone with urban grey and flat dark earth Possibly a attempt at Universal or just a woodland well the ROC camo people work up a new desert pattern. Chest pockets are ACU style with shoulder pockets closer of a smaller size this means it's better suited for wear with armor or load vests. no lower front shirt pockets so a soldier has a easier time of tucking the shirt into the trousers as sometimes done in combat. Angled Cargo pockets for easy use in seated or standing position.
lay flat collar with rank and Specialty means stuff can still slip in under the shirt. Sow on insignia and Name Service tapes the patrol cap is Khapi style with what looks too be embroidered National emblem.

I rank it as Fare too good. slightly more Garrison then combat.
the Unit patches might cause some trouble as the camo pattern will pretty much wash it out so that seems useless. The boots have the pattern in there soft shafts but leather toes and laces these seem also a bit of a waste as going too suede boot toe of a compatible color might allow for a little better concealment.

Taiwanese soldiers operate a US-made 240mm howitzer during a drill at a military base on Taiwan's Kinmen Islands on August 22, 2011. Taiwan's President Ma Ying-jeou plans to preside over a high-profile ceremony in Kinmen on August 23, a Taiwanese-controlled fortified island group off China's southeastern Fujian Province, to honour hundreds of people killed in the 1958 Chinese artillery bombardment.

Could DCU mean Dress Combat Uniforms? I know the US Army is BDU for Battle Dress Uniforms, while the US Marines simply called fatigues. It looks like everyone is going with the computer digital pattern these days.

Could DCU mean Dress Combat Uniforms?
    Could be. I'm not sure.

I know the US Army is BDU for Battle Dress Uniforms,
    Correct!

while the US Marines simply called fatigues
    Nope ,they call them MARPAT

MARPAT - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

MARPAT (short for MARine PATtern) is a digital camouflage pattern in use with the United States Marine Corps, introduced with the Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform (MCCUU), which replaced the Camouflage Utility Uniform. The pattern is formed by a number of small rectangular pixels of color. In theory, it is a far more effective camouflage than standard uniform patterns because it mimics the dappled textures and rough boundaries found in natural settings. This is caused by how the human eye interacts with pixelated images. It is also known as the "digital pattern" or "digi-cammies" because of its micropattern (pixels) rather than the old macropattern (big blobs).

The United States Marine Corps has patented MARPAT, including specifics of its manufacture.[1] By regulation, the pattern and items incorporating it, such as the MCCUU and ILBE backpack, are to be supplied by authorized manufacturers only and are not for general commercial sale, although imitations are available such as "Digital Woodland Camo" or "Digital Desert Camo".

MARPAT is also important in that it identifies warfighters as Marines to their enemies, while its camouflage simultaneously helps Marines to remain concealed. This was demonstrated by a Marine Spokesman who, when MARPAT was launched, said, "We want to be instantly recognised as a force to be reckoned with. We want them to see us coming a mile away in our new uniforms."[
