My guess is P-4 midget subs and maybe a Sang-O "medium" sub (still a midget by world standards)

north korea used to transport their operatives to the south using small sub...maybe iran will do the same thing ....and also small sub not good for combat purpose (like in pearl harbour by the japanese) but reaaly good for covert operation...

Several types of DPRK midget subs carry torpedoes. See the Bluffer's guide to Noth Korean Navy 2007 for more details. Another role would be minelaying.

Can buy the Song from China or Kilos from Russia, but USA might protest to that I guess.
I read a report that China just recently rejected Iran's request for buying modified new H6 Bomber capable of carrying Cruise missle, in Irans case would be the Iranian C802 I think.

Iran has Kilo from Russia, Ghadir (similar to P-4) from North Korea and a few various wet subs and smaller midget subs which are probably indiginous. See Bluffer's guide to Iranian Navy 2007 thread for details.

Iran has manufactured a few midget subs (Nahang & Ghadir class) recently, possibly from NK Designs.

The North Koreans were known to have annual production capability of ~4 SSC Sang-O subs per year. If they're delivering 4 to Iran, I think it's an indication that the Iranians are feeling the heat and want a quick build-up, kind of like when PLAN imported Russian destroyers.
