North Korea about to fall?

In recent days there has been many reports of North Korea which are quite interesting:

Politico-economy:
* Increased rhetoric of war
* Threats of pre-emptive attack
* Cuts contacts with South Korea
* Expelling South koreans from shared economic projects
* Accusations of sea border incursion from South Korea
* South Korea cancels food aid, now tied to nuclear disarmament
* About to beg china for major dood donations
* Rations from government cancelled for 6 months, people must try to buy food or use their stockpiles, population restless
* Starvation about to hit population in may

Military:

* Firing of short-range missiles
* Continued probing of South Koreas airspace near DMZ
* Movement of elite armored unit south
* Winter land, sea air excercises up over 50%
* Rumors of second nuke test

In other words, they're bankrupt, desperate and starving. At the same time new round of six-nation talks of nuclear disarmament are about to begin but NK has absolutely no cards left except the bomb and military muscle-flexing. Sunshine policy is over, South Korea will probably not ease the squeese this time and deliver aid if no verified concessions come first. Even China is wary to support the ailing nation.

Are we about to see the North Korea finally imploding, or even exploding?
