This is the first time I actually see how a PLA officer is trained. I remember 7 or 8 years ago when I was in high school in China, I saw a TV series about the military school. The school looks like a barrack and have no computer at all! All the officers are trained like soldiers.
By the way, the school in picture are training officers for Second Artillery. I don't like their uniform though.
