You are criticizing "communist" China for lacking enough social protection nets, otherwise known as welfare programs. Here's a quick education. Welfare is any system that transfers wealth from one entity to another entity, as oppose to a trade, in which exchanges occur. Minimum wage laws, unions, social security (a huge Ponzi scheme, by the way), medicare and healthcare (What the f*** is "wealthcare"?), limitations on working hours, and other similar equality regulations are forms of welfare. Twenty years ago, you would be criticizing communist China for having to many social protection nets or welfare systems. In other words, you're confused.

Europe and France CANNOT produce everything. If they could, then they wouldn't trade with other parts of the world. Duh. Not that hard to figure out.
