No way. This is a private school and training facility for female bodyguards.

This actually looks like one of those "boot camp" things that are designed to lose weight in a short period of time... Definitely not military or even professional. Shouldn't they at least wear uniform? Also, the black shirt that guys wear is not PLA either.
