Depends. If the court decides Hu only organized prostitution, then he will receive 5-10 years in Prison. If the court decides he forced/cheated multiple persons prostitute multiple times, the he will receive up to life time in prison. If he was found rape, especially rape multiple times/persons as well, he may get death penalty.

And in China a death penalty is a death penalty, we don't let the criminal live 10+ years after sentenced to death penalty, 10 months at most.

According to Criminal Law, chapter 5, section 8, a man organizing, luring and accommodating persons to prostitute may be sentenced a detention for more than 10 years. His assistant may receive a detention between 5 to 10 years.
