It's helped by the weather as well since there is no rain, fog or strong winds.

That is some magnificent flying/landing. Training, training and more training pays off, just like the US Airways flight 1549 when it landed on the Hudson river in 2009
Is it true, prior towards the landing, they spray some kind of substance on the runway to help the plane from creating too much spark?

The pilots did an 'AMAZING' job in landing this plane ...
That was really a master class landing, a text book procedure which should be taught to every pilot
I would imagine in their simulators they all train for all sorts of contingencies, including belly landings. Very few...very very small perentage ever have to actually do it though. In this case it is clear that the pilot, his training, the aircraft tiself, and the conditions came together to allow him to do so very successfully.
