Please restore the SD website to his earlier form. That was much better; because the different type of equipment was arranged on a large table, witch contains a lot of information about them (active/retired, generation of fighter, number etc.).

There where a lot of description about the gound force, air force, peoples armored police etc, and now there are missing

The old one was better, but the the graphics didn't look as good. Perhaps a restoration and upgrade of graphical features might be better. xD

The main site is down, maybe that's what they are doing right now. Dongfeng seems to never be on anymore.

well the earlier website was very good, and had a lot of information about many weapons, but since the website has been changed many information about weapons are not available. And i have noticed that for a very long time the website hasn't been updated with news about new or improved weapon systems.

Any specific reason ???? moderators plz ?????

Sadly the wikipedia start to contain much more info about China military then sinodefence.

totally agree, the new site only contain about 50% of what the old site has, espcailly about the groud force orgrisations and small arms and etc, dontfeng told me they were being written... but that was a year ago..

I thought the main site was abandoned, I went there once a while but nothing ever changed.

I think the last major upgrade on this site was Pleneman`s "Buffer`s Guide: Fortress China"

Yea that website has not been updated since May this year. Sad. I'm going to email DongFeng and ask him if he still has a pluse.

Many times I feel as though I'm the last of the originals using this site.

10 minutes later >>> I sent him, DongFeng, an email not a PM...I'll let you gents know if there is an answer.

the site was very informative before, and a great source of information about chinese military that is neutral and 99% accurate or say unbiased. It still is, just 50% less than before.
