I am curious as to the existence of a shaped charge grenade, in the general shape of an old German potato masher grenade, that has a stabilization tail/chute that has an approximate 5.5 lb (2k) war head. My question is, Is it a hand thrown or rpg type grenade?

Most likely handthrown. But good luck getting good contact with a vehicle's surface to effectively detonate and do real damage... I'm guessing that's why they attached a parachute on it, but unless the grenade hits a vehicle at just the right angle, the jet is going to bounce right off the armour.
