The server was down over the weekend. I've sent a complaint email to the service provider. Apart from that, there is not much I can do :(

yeah, depends on the service and price. I was thinking to change to a dedicated server, but do not have the time and energy to manage it by myself, and managed service with dedicated server is simply too expensive.

any recommandations?

perhaps you could ask the mods to assist in maintaining the site along with their moderating. of course, you would need to make them site admins too.

dont get too worried. the site only breaks down once in a while.
