Chinese Language files added

Members, please be aware that I have added CHINESE LANGUAGE files to your OPTIONS in the USER CP link on the top. If your english is not that good or you are chinese (since this is a chinese defence forum) you can read forum and posts in CHINESE.

Login in and CLICK on the UserCP link on topbar left side. Once you are there, please click on the EDIT OPTIONS link and scroll down to the END. Choose whichever version you wish to use. Let us know of any issues.
