mate they seem desperate for money the Russians are now, since they cant get any much sales from China. They now resort to this. IL-76 contract was what really turned China away and strain the relationship and now this lol, Russia is digging its own grave in financial sector right now.

Its not that Russia cannot get much sales from China. Russia knows when to stop selling the most cutting edge technologies and knows the clear cut off of giving away their nation's National R&D treasures just like that.
