Is that some IFV that's been up-armored? If it was in service in Iraq I think it should have been painted in sand-color scheme and not black?

Road wheel configuration looks like M2 Bradley... more precisely, the M2A3 upgrade...

It's fitted with additional steel plates, and can have additional passive and reactive armour.
Edit: When there is a need to have vehicles immediately pressed into service, there is no time to paint vehicles. Often, with enough driving, enough dirt and sand accumulates on the hull to serve as camouflage, like this:

I think those are the Israeli modified/upgraded M60 Patton tanks.
It looks defenitely leopard 1 to me.

Well, it's a Leopard 1, but to be more accurate, it's the Canadian Army Leopard C2 with MEXAS armor upgrade
