...well then why when i try to come to here or want to look some thread it goes to blank page and says this:

now that you mention it it happend to me too, i thought it was something wrong with my internet or firefox; so i switched to IE and the problem doesn't appear has much as before...

This happens when there are too many connections to the server and more are trying to connect and that was putting too much load on the server.

I was getting 50-100 Email's every 3-4 hours because of this error! And good news is that now the errors have stoped. The server was upgraded yesterday and since then the emails have stopped coming in and no errors. Atleast I have not seen any...
