sinodefence offline...again?

when i click on sinodefence.com, it says server unavailible. this has happened before. i think this server isn't very reliable.

I was trying to go to sinodefence.com at my home computer, but I get the service unavailable screen. When I went to the library to log on to it and it worked. What is going on?

Sinodefence.com can't be accessed again. A PLESK Page comes up saying "hosting for this domain is not configured
or
there's no such domain registered in Plesk." Hope someone can fix this problem. Thanks!

Yes, I am speaking to the server provider and they are looking into it right now.

This is suppose to be the best virtual private server available out there in the market, and yet it still goes down from time to time.

I can access the website now, but it's the default page of the Domain rather than the main page of SinoDefence. As I used to run some website before, I know it is the default page when you register to a new web server and you are supposed to upload and replace it with your own pages.

I know you are working on it right now, so, hope it will be done soon!

The server has finally been recovered. The server provider initially told me the problem was due to "CPU over usage", but later realised that the actual reason was due to virus infection on the server!

I too tried all day. I could access the website but not the discussion forum. I actually found that a bit odd. However, I am glad things are back to normal.

Apologies about the downtime... we had some software issues.

SinoDefence Forum (along with defencetalk.com) is hosted on a different dedicated server than the website (sinodefence.com). That is why you could access the website but not the discussion forums. :)

We experienced this quite a few times in the past. I'd suggest that you have an announcement area on the main site, whenever the forum is down or has some problems, you can announce that on the main site, so that all members know what is going on.
