Can the small boat even do anything in a modern war? All it has is two small old guns and 2 missile launchers.

i doubt the small boat can do anything. what china needs is more houjians and new facs. the houxin sucks. its good only against sea pirates.

Maybe it can do coastal bombardment with its guns, or convert its missile launchers to launch cruise missiles.
