I'm curious to know how much traffic/load this forum receives that it needs its own server??

Actually, it receives a lot (if I am not mistaken, about 8000-10,000 unique visitors a month, I will have to check to make sure) but it is DefenceTalk.com (50,000-80,000 uniques a month with over 3.5 mil page views) that need a server and since all of the sites are hosted on same server that is why the move was done.
Anyway, How is browsing this forum look now? Any difference in speed or any other issues?

I am not having any issues with the new server so far. I guess that's a good thing.

I honestly haven't noticed any difference. I remember my site was thinking about getting a dedicated server for the longest time, but it turned out to be too expensive, so we aborted the plan.

Sponsored Links has poped more often (don't blame you though, you have to generate some ad to pay off the server cost), but either than that everything does seem faster. Especially with viewing pictures :)
Keep up the good work Webby! :china:

Well, where do you see sino defense ?
in the URL for the website. (not the forum)
btw, i've noticed there're ads in the middle of a thread (i.e. between two random posts).

Just testing some new colors... might change the theme to something more "non default." ;)
