That was a baseless accusation.

Re: *New J-10 Thread*

I have enough of people like you seeing witches and demons in every closet and claim they are somewhat rational. I have seen no rational explanation from you why do you want to bother to PS such irrelevant details. I got nutcases claiming PS on pictures that were really CCTV TV captures.

These are freaking magazine pictures for chrissakes, and some of them are even official PLA or Xinhua pic. They're not from some anon forum poster try6ing to catch attention to himself and getting big emo out of it.

Sorry, but I have to disagree even when I agree with You that the planes itself are two and not a copy/paste of one !

Just take a look on the left wing (the one showing away from us) ... the PL-8 pylon is attaced over the PLAAF-symbol and not - as correct shown on the two J-10 on the ground with the PL-8 + PL-12 closer to the wingtip !

When I'm back home I try to show them side-by-side !

They are sadly as faked as in the second picture ! ... in comparison a picture of the real attachment !

Just a crude attempt .... but I hope it is convincing

I have to agree with you now on this. There may have been another, and very different set of missiles right under the wing, and this alteration is used to hide the real thing. One of the PL-8s also don't have the proper lighting for the angle presented. We have seen similar attempts to mask the real missiles, most probably PL-12, as the PLAAF has been skittish displaying those until recently (declassification).

I have no oppinion on that, the video just like the video game. most video games, ( include in China ) are US fighters, J-10 firhter in video, just more vision in these thread.

Re: *New J-10 Thread*

Nonetheless as Deino said, the two planes are still different. You have not proved that one plane is a copy of the other, and you have not proved that the picture on the magazine back cover is PS either. I still think you just want to see what you want to see.

You made us waste a lot of time and space chasing after nonexistant or nonrelevant demons.

That was a baseless accusation.

Not a copy of each other? Just look at the angle of shot for the 2 images. They have the same angle of shot and how can this be possible if the picture is shot from a single location?! This would defy all common logic! That is just one of 7 points that I can think of, to prove that the pictures are PSed!

And I definitely believe all of my earlier arguments are correct!

Thanks, but regarding that picture I agree with crobato as this one is from a series of pictures published by Aviation.now showing a formation of 4 J-10A in very close formation and sometimes only two of them.

So IMO this is one of them showing only two J-10 !

Re: New J-10 thread II

Why are we arguing about the authenticity of the PL-8 when we all know the J-10 can carry it?

Personally, I'm more interested about PL-8 look-alike in this picture posted by Deino. Is that a dummy round? If so, why does it look like it's got an IR seeker?
