LMAO...that's a funny and cute comic strip there! How come Superman never came to the rescue of other troubled areas in the Middle East or even the troubled inner cities of the US?

Yes, and congratualations are in order, I have been following that rather closely and it is quite an accoplishment, and it only further illustrates our own lack of drive in many areas of science and exploration of the past. Anyway, brilliant achievement, I suppose there is a thread on here dedicated to that? I tried to find a diecast metal J-20 model, but only found plastic, but theres nothing on the T-50, so? At least the J-20 is getting a little press, but I would rather they be the good guys for a change, as I am enjoying my Chinese bros on Sino D, and I kinda get where you guys are coming from. I think we have much to gain from being friends in the larger scheme of things, and I am fairly certain my best bud player 99 would agree, right bro?

This video is actually better. The 56.com one had a big patriotic introduction.
I know you guys already think I'm a little nutty, but my first thought when I saw her on the video was Batman! DA Da Da Da Da Da Da Batman! the old theme song to the goofy television show Batman! It really does look like what the Batplane should, kinda funky kool like the old Chuck Barris Batmobile with the fins, you guys really don't know what you missed by not being born in the 50s, just ask the headmaster. I still haven't seen my Cox Spitfire, control line model that I accidently bought off EBAY, and no I promise I ain't gonna fly it!
Any way I've got to get to the ball park, the twins are playing tonight, and I have to drive a new Ford to Chitown about 4:45 am, so keep posting these guys, I am having MAJOR withdrawal symptoms, come on PLAAF, lets get back to aircraft marketing 101 and yes my services are available, I could sell the J-Bird, no sweat!
How come there are new J7s there? I thought they close the production line years ago?
Any word on who the buyer is?
Interesting that they would still keep the line open, even for exports. I would have thought that the smart thing to do, if someone wanted J7s, was to say 'sorry, but the line is closed down, you can pay $xxm to restart it, or you can have some JF17s. And what do you know, if we take into account how much it would cost to re-open the line, the JF17 actually turns out to be cheaper. It's a bit more than what you wanted to pay, but it's still far cheaper than anything else you are likely to get. You do get a far better fighter, and we will even throw in some generous financing options.'
Keeping the J7 line open just takes potential business away from the JF17. With the J10, JF17, UAVs and possible also J20 small batch production, it really would not be a bad idea to close down or convert the J7 line into a JF17 or J10 line to help consolidate CAC's portfolio.
The few millions CAC would get from the odd foreign sales really doesn't seem worth it to keep the J7 production line going for. The only way this would make sense is if the PLAAF ordered them to keep the line ready. Either to produce replacement parts to help keep the PLAAF and PLANAF's existing fleets going until they get around to phasing the type out, or as a form of strategic reserve, whereby in the event of a full blown major war, more J7s can be built as replacement for combat losses or just reinforcements.
Not sure who buyer could be, sorry.
But there could be quite a few third world countries around the world who want just a simple 3rd generation fighter for simple, basic patrol without any need for BVR capability (that is to say JF-17 is beyond their requirements).
And I'm not sure if the J-7 production line was ever properly closed, or perhaps CAC have been producing them for so long they've figured out some way to very easily re open the line or have a simpler process to actually physically build the plane itself.
CARRIER HAS ARRIVED! ^^
